Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much does it cost? Can I pay monthly?

YES! Visit our website for detailed pricing. We do offer installment plans for some programs, so you can invest in your health in a way that works for you.

2. Where are your services available?

We currently serve clients in British Columbia only.

3. Does MSP or my private insurance cover the treatments?

It depends on your insurance provider. If you have a drug plan, your prescriptions should be covered since they are prescribed by a licensed medical doctor. Some plans also offer Health Spending Accounts (HSA), which may reimburse the cost of private consultations. We can provide an invoice, but we recommend checking with your insurance provider for details.

Please note the fees for the packages cover the uninsured components of the program. These services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Bespoke Physician Consultation
  • Personalized lab screening
  • Comprehensive In-Depth Health Analysis

Any publicly insured services will be billed directly to the provincial insurance plan when applicable. Participation in our packages is not a requirement for accessing insured physician services in BC.

We are committed to providing high-quality care while ensuring transparency in coverage and fees. If you have any questions regarding billing or coverage, please reach out to our team.

4. Will I speak directly with a doctor? Who else will be involved in my care?

While all medical treatments have potential side effects, our programs are designed to monitor and adjust as needed for your safety.

6. Am I guaranteed a prescription?

No problem! Your initial consultation and blood work review require a non-refundable $350 fee. If you choose not to continue with the one-year program, you won’t be charged the additional program fee.

Timely lab work is essential for tracking your progress. If you miss a deadline, just let us know—we’ll work with you to get back on track.

Most lab tests are covered by your medical services plan (MSP); however, some tests (such as Vitamin D, Testosterone) may require an additional fee. We recommend checking with the lab provider in advance to obtain a cost estimate before payment.
